Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 Avacado peeled, soft

1 cup unsweetened Almond milk or coconut milk (organic)

1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt

1 Tsp of Maple syrup or Honey or Orange juice

1 Tsp flaxseeds

Ice cubes
