Baked Maple Salmon ( Gluten Free )

Ingredients:

2 clove garlic minced or chopped

1/4 cup soy sauce ( Gluten free )

2 pound Salmon

2 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup real maple syrup

1/4 Tbsp black peppers

1/2 Tbsp sea salt

1/4 green onion finely chopped ( sprinkle )

Directions:

Mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, peppers, and Marinade the salmon for 30-45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 F ( 200 C )

Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish with light oil on the base of the dish and pour the salmon with gravy. Cover the pan with aluminum foil to keep the fish moist and juicy. cook it for 30 min. cool it down and sprinkle the chopped green onion. serve with vegetables.
