Banana, Almond & Orange Smoothie

This is a velvety smoothie full of fruity goodness that your body needs for energy. Kick start your morning with this and get all the nutrients for glowing skin.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 Sweet ripped Mango (chopped)

1 Sweet orange

1/4 Crushed Almond or Almond meal

1 Sweet Golden Kiwifruit

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or substitute Almond milk

Few Ice Cubes

Directions:

Pop all the love in the blender until it smoothes out. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top as it reduces blood sugar and reduces heart disease risk. Enjoy 🙂
