Delicious Gluten Free pasta salad with Tuna and Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 chopped iceberg lettuce

1 chopped cucumber

1 tin of Tuna (with olive oil)

1 Red Onion (chopped)

1 Yellow and red bell peppers

1 cup of Yogurt (Greek)

1 small bag of GF Pasta (Boil it properly)

Use herbs for sprinkling (rosemary and oregano)

GF dressing mix or use your own spices

3 Hard boiled eggs

Salt&peppers

Use hand full of red radish

snow peas and Green onion (Optional)

Directions:

 

Boil the pasta and let it cool for 10 min. Add all the spices in a yogurt mix them well, put all the chopped vegetables and Tuna in a bowl. place the eggs, radish, and rosemary on the top. Serve as a lunch or dinner. This delicious bowl is full of protein which is very fulfilling can be utilized post-workout meal as well.
