Ingredients:

1 riped Avacado

4-5 fresh dates

1 cup frozen or fresh pumpkin puree

2 tsp flaxseeds

1 fresh banana

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp Maple syrup

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup greek yogurt, or almond milk

1/4 cup of baby spinach

Directions:
