Delicious Spicy Citrus Shrimp with Quinoa

Quinoa is Naturally Gluten-free food with many health benefits. It’s protein enriched with lots of essential amino acids and high in fiber. High in Iron, magnesium, and antioxidants that your body needs on daily basis.if you need to make 6 abs your diet needs to be clean too.

Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa

1/2 cup boil chickpeas

1 lb raw shrimp peeled

2 garlic clove chopped

1 tsp horseradish

1/2 tsp honey

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp of olive oil

1 small onion

1 tsp rosemary or parsley

1 tsp ground pepper and salt for taste

Directions:

Preheat the skillet with a light olive spray on a low stove. Cook the quinoa separately for 3 min and Sautee the garlic, horseradish, onion, honey, spices and citrus juices.

Add the shrimp to the mixture and cook them for 10 min. Combine the quinoa, chickpeas with an addition of lemon juice and a sprinkling of rosemary and parsley on top.Add the shrimp mixture on top. Enjoy the nutritious meal.
