Gluten Free Banana nut Pancakes



1 cup finely chopped walnuts

2 Tablespoon brown sugar

1-1/2 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 cup (Gluten Free) All purpose pancake flour

1 Tablespoon Baking powder

1 Teaspoon ground Nutmeg

1/2 Teaspoon sea salt

1-1/2 cup Almond Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Gluten Free)

1 Teaspoon Butter

2-3 Riped Banana (Mashed)

1 egg


Put all ingredients in a Bowl, (gluten free flour), walnuts, brown sugar, Nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and sea salt.
Mix almond milk, Ripped bananas, melted butter, and Gluten free vanilla extract together in a separate bowl until they become smooth, mix the stirred egg. Pour mixture into the bowl and mix the flour until just combine well.
Take a big skillet with a light oil over medium-high heat. Shortly after pouring 1/2 cup batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are firm, 2 to 4 minutes. Toss And cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes more. Repeat the procedure with remaining batter. Enjoy 🙂
