Gluten Free Black Bean Sandwich

This low-fat black bean sandwich is full of protein and good vegetarian option. Amazingly delicious post-work snack. Abs are made in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

1 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs

1 cup rinsed and drained black beans

2 slices of Gluten free bread or Bun

1 egg beaten

1 Tsp chili powder

1 Tsp black pepper

1/4 Tsp cumin powder

1/4 cup shredded veggies (peppers, carrots shredded)

1 small onion

2 garlic peeled

Cilantro (dusting)

1 Tsp salsa or Mayo sauce

Directions:

In a separate bowl mash the black beans properly, add the spices, breadcrumbs, veggies, chopped onion, garlic and beaten egg. Mix them well.

Take a skillet with light oil spray on the medium stove. Make a patty and cook each side for 10 min. Serve this delicious patty with Gluten free bread or Bun with salad and top with salsa and dusting of cilantro. Enjoy
