• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Preheat Over to 350 F (175 C) and grease cookie sheet.

Mix Peanut butter, eggs and sugar until smooth. Fold in Chocolate chips. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet and use a fort to flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the ridges made by fork start to brown slightly.

Let cookies set for 15 minutes before trying to remove.
