Healthy post-workout protein smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Banana
5-6 Fresh strawberries
8-10 Peeled almonds
1 Spoon of hemp heart seeds (optional)
2 Scoop of whey protein
4 Cubes of ice
Half cup of water or low-fat milk

Directions:

Put strawberries, banana, Almonds with water or milk blend until they become smooth, then mix protein powder, hemp heart seeds and ice cubes continue blending till they mix well. Serve a healthy and delicious smoothie in the morning or after a workout. Enjoy
