Honey Mustard Baked chicken (gluten Free)


“Make sure all your ingredients are Gluten Free”


1 cup honey

1 cup of Mustard

1 tablespoon of dried rosemary

1 tablespoon of dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon of paprika or black pepper

5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces

1/2 spoon of sea salt


Preheat oven to 350- 400 degrees F (175- 190 degrees C).
Mix chicken breasts with sea salt and pepper to desired taste, and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
Combine the mustard, basil, honey, paprika, rosemary, parsley and mix them well. Pour this mixture over the chicken breast and spread it well.
Place the chicken in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and spread with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard paste or mixture. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Cool it and serve.
