• 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour (Substitute any GF flour you like)
  • Soy Sauce


Grate Cauliflower in food processor, or blend until minced very fine. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Check consistency, if dough seems too thick to roll out thin, add water to mix in 1 teaspoon increments.

Roll out flat to rough size of pan you plan to bake the crust in. Line pan with a little olive oil, dust some buckwheat flour on the pan. Lay your crust in the pan and bake for 15-25 minutes at 215 F flipping once. The dough should be slightly crispy at this point. Remove and add toppings to make pizza then bake for another 10-15 minutes.

This also makes a great flat-bread for dipping, just bake until it reaches the crispiness you desire!!! Enjoy 🙂
